The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort

The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is a cabins hotel ideal for families amidst a pine and cypress forest within the Walt Disney World Resort®. The property has a rustic style inspired by the Wild West, with trails for running, walking, or jogging; areas for carriage, horse or pony rides; dinner shows; and an outdoor theater screening films. Other recreational activities include jet skis, fishing tours, tennis, volleyball, and bikes available for rent to tour the forest. The property has 409 rustic-style cabins equipped with air conditioning, in-room safe, fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, and free WiFi. Golf carts are available for rent to move within the resort.

The dining offer includes four restaurants with buffet and a la carte service, as well as two bars with domestic and imported beverages and appetizers. The hotel also offers aquatic parades, small cruises, bonfires, sleigh rides in winter, and two pools, one of them with a spiral slide 20 meters (66 ft) long. Some additional benefits include advance purchase of groceries, in-room delivery of souvenirs purchased within the parks, and free transportation to certain places of the resort and to Orlando International Airport (MCO), located 35 kilometers (21 mi) away.

The property is 6 kilometers (3.7 mi) from Epcot® and Disney Golf Course; and 8 kilometers (5 mi) from Orlando Premium Outlets, where you can find a wide variety of discount shops and offers.

The DISNEY DINING PLAN offers classic dining options at both quick-service and table-service restaurants, including character dining locations. Included: 1 quick-service meal, 1 table-service meal, 1 snack or drink, and 1 resort-refillable drink mug.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: the specific number of meals and snacks is determined by the number of nights included in the package stay. Meals and snacks can be redeemed at any time during the stay. Unused meals and snacks will roll over from day to day and expire at midnight on the check-out day. Meals and snacks are not transferable between group members.
