KYG Studio is located on the second floor of a family building in Havana, and consists of one bedroom with mezzanine, kitchen, private bathroom with shower, and sitting area. The property is also equipped with air conditioning, TV, and closet. The areas are well illuminated and breakfast is available for an extra charge. A parking area and bellboy service are also available.

The location of the property allows an easy access to the Cuban culture, as it is within a 1-kilometer (0.6 mi) radius of attractions such as the University of Havana, the Museum of Decorative Arts, and Amadeo Roldán Theater.
