***All minors, who do not make the check-in with their parents or legal tutor, must show the fully completed Authorization for Minors Check-in at to the Hotel Accompanied by Third Parties, issued by Hotel Mocawa Plaza (please request or download it from the hotel website) and notarized, a photocopy of the ID of both parents, a photocopy of the minor's civil registration, and a photocopy of the ID of the authorized person with whom they will stay at the hotel.

***For guests with Venezuelan nationality, the check-in is only possible with the temporary protection permit (PPT in Spanish).

***Photocopies or photos of passports are not accepted.

***The Passport Card is not accepted for check-in.
