Fairmont Mayakoba is a natural and tropical resort located on Cancun - Playa del Carmen federal highway, 60 kilometers (37 mi) from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Downtown Playa del Carmen and its famous Fifth Avenue are 11 kilometers (6.6 mi) away.
