The property includes 14 pools including a saltwater pool, a fitness center, and 2 Spas with exclusive treatments and detox temascal sessions. Water and land sports include kayaking, snorkeling, tennis and volleyball are also available. The resort has 14 restaurants and 17 bars restocked with products from its own greenhouse and spices. Wedding planning service, honeymoon special, anniversary celebrations, concierge assistance, butler at the beach and pool, a tour desk, and car rental are also available for guests. Registered guests enjoy access to services, restaurants, and activities at El Dorado Royale.
The 203 casita suites are ideal for couples since they are equipped with a whirlpool tub and an outdoor shower. Casitas are grouped in two-floor buildings and some of them have a private pool. All of them have high thatched ceilings, air conditioning, in-room safe, TV, minibar, and a balcony or terrace. Accommodations offer exclusive use of the pools located at each enclave.
The property is 13 kilometers (8 mi) from Puerto Morelos, a small town that stands out for its beautiful beaches and seafood restaurants; and 25 kilometers (15.5 mi) from Playa del Carmen, where you can walk along Fifth Avenue, lined with restaurants, bars, and shops.
