Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka´an is an all-inclusive adult-only hotel on the eastern area of the Yucatán Peninsula, within the Bahía Príncipe Riviera Maya Golf Course. The hotel is 42 kilometers (26.1 mi) from Playa del Carmen, 31 kilometers (19.2 mi) from Tulum, and 95 kilometers (59 mi) from Cancún International Airport (CUN).
The 420 guest rooms at the hotel offer air conditioning, a private pool, balcony or terrace, bath amenities, pillow menu, and butler service. Accommodations are also fitted with minibar, direct dial telephone, sofa bed, and plasma TV; some of them have a Jacuzzi.
Facilities at the hotel has four restaurants and a variety of bars, as well as access to all restaurants at sister hotels. The hotel offers an outdoor pool and a variety of services such as water sports, wedding planning service, a dive center, boat rides, transportation to Playa del Carmen, and WiFi in all areas.
